Snow Days Policy

Sunday Worship 
Our leadership team will determine whether to cancel a Sunday worship service due to inclement weather.  If a worship service is canceled, we will (a) change the greeting on the office phone system to indicate the service has been canceled; (b) notify one or more of the local TV stations; and (c) send an email notification to everyone in our database. (All this assumes no power failures.)
 
Youth Group 
If the Lee's Summit Schools have canceled classes or dismissed students early because of weather related issues, our Youth activities will be automatically canceled.
 
Other Events
Leaders of other events, either one-time or ongoing, are responsible for notifying members of their groups if a meeting or event is canceled.
